Thanks for taking the time to stop by and see what we have. I am James "Buster" Douglas, I am the former World Heavyweight Boxing Champion. In 2009, I had the pleasure of co-authoring a book with journalist, Tony Reynolds. He and I put together a book of stories, personal pictures and ended with some recipes that we both liked.
I was proud to team up with Tony for the fight against Diabetes.

Former World Heavyweight Boxing Champ, James "Buster" Douglas shares what it is like to live (and nearly die) from diabetes, and co-author Tony's perspective live with someone who had the disease, and did die from complications due to diabetes.
James "Buster" Douglas was the image of perfect health when he beat Mike Tyson. But after years of abusing his body, he nearly died and was in a coma. Listen to his story in his own words.
Tony, on the other hand, grew up with a father who was a medical practitioner, but who lacked the skills, or simply refused to heed the warning and eventually died from complications due to diabetes.
These stories are here to give you and others hope they can live with this disease.

And it will be used for professional public relations and marketing to promote the book including press releases, ordering promotional copies, travel expenses for talk show interviews in NYC and Los Angeles, etc.
